Default recovering deleted documents

I know its a bit of hit and miss... but I have a large word document thats gone... since its deletion - the pc hasnt been used all that much.

document is around 5mb. what are my chances? and what program do I use?

program called undelete will find it for you. even if you emptied it from recycle bin.

There is also Lost & Found...I remember using it a while ago when I worked as a tech at Harvey Norman...recovered most things...even pr0n of customers comuters...LOL
