Loved my old HQ V8

Drums on rear and discs on front and auto so press brake and accelerator and bam - burnout

Got a classic shot of a big burnout in a budget campervan we hired for a week many years ago....Damm smokey - suprised me a campervan could light up so well!

Step 1. Clutch in.
Step 2. Engage REVERSE.
Step 3. Release clutch and getting car rolling back SLOWLY.
Step 4. Clutch in.
Step 5. Smash into first.
Step 6. Slowly let out clutch to take strain, then drop.
Step 7. Get on the brake.

Gives you way more time to get on the brake if you've got a shitter...

Rodeo will bake 3rd gear on the brake if your on it hard enough. I had a petrol 2.6L and that was a single pegger fog show!

heli's in rex are easy, just need some decent entry speed and a working handbrake. a working rear lsd would be a good idea too

john, u need to put ur foot accross ur clutch and brake pedal, as you drop the clutch your heel can press on the brake, that way you get an instant standstill, otherwise, you will probably creep forward a little bit, but that won't make much of a muchness.

i will be driving a brand new HSV tomorrow for a wedding
i will have it all week but i have been told to look after it

it belongs to a guy who does resi land developments and he is lending it to my cuz for his wedding that is on the weekend and he is a MASSIVE holden bogan and i am the only one he trusts with this ... thing ...

worth like 98g ... sorry , i mean it COSTED 98k .. not worth

point being 6L V8 = mad burntout time, crab walk FTW
