use to think the same, but love his shows now, and a new level of respect for him, considering his background and how hes built his "empire" from scratch.

I think its hilarious. I have watched almost every episode of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares since it started on ch9 this year. One thing I have learned, he is really passionate about cooking. He's not a complete tosswad like I origianally thort, just emotional about it. And thats a good thing.

Watching last weeks episode when they got a chef in from Ireland or something, and then when he went back to the restaurant to check up and see how they were going 6 weeks later, it had closed down. And recognising this chef was really talented, he said "You have a fucking stupid name (her name was India), but your a fucking good chef" and gave her a job in his restaurant.

I appreciate what he is trying to do, by naming and shaming these resaturants and helping them to get out of financial trouble and serve edible food.

The guy's a legend. He was a professional soccer player before he injured his knee. I think he had signed with a division one team, maybe Rangers?

I've met the guy, my ex misses was a professional chef and was a taster on one of his shows, he is actually an arrogant tosser, dont be fooled, he is truly like that all the time, fine if you accept it, but shit it would be very wearing to be around him all the time.

Gordon Ramsay is a legend.
