Can ebay give you the same technical support as a local dealer? Can ebay install it for you? Can ebay easily resolve any faulty equipment issues? Can ebay let you have a look at the product in person prior to purchase?

Macey does have a point, my hang up button was faulty, however I was able to get it fixed by some mates in retail via warranty.
