Default Suzuki Swift Sports

hi guys and girls,

I might be looking into getting a Suzuki Swift Sports.

Any pros and cons, opinions and comments, please feel free to leave them here to guide my decisions.

Thanks in advance.

Wow, that's a small cramped car. Pretty good on juice I would imagine but.

Black GC8 > all

I do like the noise the rally car makes on their tv ads. I would get one if they sounded like that

The Sport is well worth the money over the standard Swift.

Better interior, body kit, rims, suspension, and a bigger engine that makes more power...as well as a close ratio box!

Colour inserts on the seat, ally pedals, cheap 16" rims, 0.1L that is hard to pick in the car, suspension is already fine on the non sport, for a premium of $8k? Thats 50% of the std car price... $2k for the airbags in the S is worth it. The only really useful thing is the ESP, but its Front WD, doesnt need it. Better off with the S, spend $1500 rims, $200 tint, spend the rest on drugs and hookers.

*edit*
Heres a link of our S, has tint now tho. Very glad we didnt waste money on a Sport.

Also, i wouldnt change the ratios on the standard swift for the world. Theyre pretty much perfect. 100kmh = 2800rpm. 110 will sit u on 3krpm. The "power bands" for the other gears are spot on too. End of the day its still a NA shopping cart, but it does it well.

Have you driven it????

save the $8k and buy a standard one...yes the sport has all that extra sh1t, but it aint what you might expect...slow...as....fu2k

Standard is just as much fun round town..

there are a couple of performance shops doing all sorts of bling sh1t for them, so if you are after a 'look' you won't have to look far

and if you are in that price range... check out the VW Polo GTi, that is relatively good value for money

Hell yeah, i'm trying to push the missus to get one if she sells her GTi. I like the standard swifts, bit of lowering, nice 17s looks hot.
