Don't know if this is true but I was told that there are some computer nerd guys that have rigged there cars up with 24 hour cameras conencted to laptops and are dobbing in every "hoon" they get on video.
I wonder how long it takes before people get there rego numbers? rofl

I don't think them doing this is a good idea nor do I think that they should be able to. Maybe pull them over for having a laptop running next to him distracting him while driving.
