The iphone 16g is VERY heavy even compared to my 6 yr old imate PDA..

Fuck off it's heavy. It fits in your pocket nicely too. I really like how you can't accidently answer your phone too! I'm very happy with my iPhone but all the points DAN682 makes are correct, battery life is arse, existing cables don't work, and it doesnt do video calls but seriously, who the fuck video calls?

Your htc probably has a Perspex or the likes screen whereas the iPhone runs glass. There is the weight difference. Yes. It is heavier than most but it is not as bad as you make it out to be.

So you can do all sorts of crazy shit with the iphone...after it's been broken in or whatever you called it...? Um, that, in my opinion is ghey. Spend your folding on a phone that you then have to fuck with and whatnot to get it to do the same things as a phone that you can buy in a store, walk out the front and hey presto? I like most things apple. But the phone seems like a waste. That, and I think they look pretty average.

i love my iphone. i had a Nokia N93 before this,
had video calling - never used it
had a 3.2mp camera - photos were better than the iphone, but still not that great, ive taken some rippers with my iphone!

there are some things about it which do suck / weird to get used to. but every phone will have that.

the way i picked my old phones was to check sites like gsmarena and cnet.

read the reviews on it, then look at the user opinions. try to find videos on youtube or the net that show how to use the phone, or some cool feautres about it

Clarity is awesome.. its very functional and very simple to use

Love the styling.. and it has carbon fibre!

Camera quality is awesome.. generally just a kewl fone.. slim.. feels solid in movement and wasnt as chunky as others that were available (looked at new nokia)

Did i mention carbon fibre! Porn.

The ONLY thing im not -that- impressed with is the ultra sensitivity of the touch buttons around the centre silver menu button. There's prolly a setting for it - or i just need to be less clumsy.
