I quite like them. They have become a cult film series...While it was for the wrong reasons initially, they have marketed them well and catered to the audience...

I can tolerate a bit of bullshit if there action, cars and hot chicks..

Storyline is lightweight but arn't all action films theses days?

As Matt said, nice variety of cars, not just turbo's...pretty much if its performance, its there....

Note Betty outrunning a Baja 500 desert truck.. in full rally spec.....maybe...but no. Weight disadvantage, power disadvantage. But, its entertaining.

I dunno, Vin Diesel pretty much fell off the grid after F&F and XXX, just a few low budget straight to dvd flicks, so maybe he's accepted the stereotype put upon him and was probably hankering for the spotlight again.
