lpg... oh no, my mate at work was having so many problems with his lpg system, after me banging on at him for the last 6 months he finally bought an 03 XS forri and is in love with it & now he doesn't come to work everyday with grease monkey hands from working on the fal' til the early hours LOL

so does it misfire on both petrol & gas?

i'll have a work to him & see what probs he had with the lpg system, from memory it was something to do with the injectors

Was that the EFI model? I remember my old falcon with carby had a manual choke. I would imagine yours has a auto choke if its a carby. I would check its operation.

sounds like you have a case of wet leads, or one of the leads is not sparking.

Check list:
check for spark in all the leads
check the resistance in each lead
check the spark plugs out, if wet replace them (start to be worried if they are)

once done all that and all is fine just spray wd40 on them and you'll be right.

Let me know if the spark plugs are wet, cause there's a test you can do, to see if water is getting into the cylinders.
