You're right.

I just get real pissed off when people dont take responsibility for their own actions. It creates hassles in every day life and is turning the world crazy.

Its a sore topic for me as nearly every week some new "policy" or "guideline" is introduced because of it.

I did take responsibility and parked in a legitimate car space. Had it of happened in a concrete car park and chips of concrete had fallen on my car and damaged it then it would have been a easier claim but I dont see what the difference is?
