So what's the all up cost on the R35? And how bad are the monthly repayments?

At this stage, delivery is "unconfirmed" and all deposits are refundable. They expect the first one to arrive in April 2009 with delivery at 1 - 2 per month. When I say late 2009, early 2010, I'm being pessimistic. Delivery schedules should be confirmed by end Oct.

$178K drive away no more to pay..... Will be funded via sale of one of our investment properties.

Ouch! But congrats, nonetheless. I'm well jealous.

I'd rather put $178k on my mortgage, but once that's done, R35 is next!

I think this is a great colour (it's different). I'd probably go for the dark grey or black, though.
