They are more resilient than any spray/roll on lacquer that is applied after installation. 3 ply pre- finished and floating floors are also much more dimensionally stable and less prone to warping, swelling and bursting off the floor due to moisture than a solid board.

Hi Guys,
Sorry to hijack this thread but i am going to put in floating floors in my villa just trying to find a good place to go see which is reasonable price? Any recommendations? I am on a tight budget so i am going to do it myself. AJ |

hey guys, didn't want to start a new thread so...
anyone have opinions or experience on polished concrete flooring? and also any pros and cons on china vs european porcelain floor tiles, just want to justify the costs. and yes also interested in any contacts please. thanks guys any help would be great as we don't want to regret especially in the flooring department
