Ive been to gold coast, and brisbane. Surfers paradise is fucking awesome, nightlife is awesome, beaches are massive, chicks are hotter! You do see alot more Charades with kits on them thogh haha

I lived in brissy for about 6 years... it is THE place to be. awesome nightlife, good weather, friendly people, close to the goldy, and heaps of uni chicks.

Bought my car from Brisbane, the city is basically a bigger version of Perth from what i see. Roads are pretty good, not as complicated as Sydney. Wasnt there long enough to check out some slappers, but Im sure they will have some. Goldcoast is always good too.

i cant belive ur even needing to ask this question, of course youd pick brisbane!!! canberra is boring as bat shit, brisbane as you SHOULD know has the night life, uve got the gold coast/surfers paradise with all the nice beaches and females, all the theme parks, and nice warm weather.

Loving it. If you like Perth, you should like Brisbane/Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast.

Dunno why so many of you are against Brissy, I think QLD is alot like Perth. Just think, a short drive to all the theme parks, Noosa etc etc.

No way I'd go with boring old Canberra.
