Property Valuation
So if I was to need a property valuation... for a certain amount for an investment property... does anybody have any contacts?
Must be a real company and do a real letter etc. Will provide compensation

Call an estate agent that specialises in your area, most will be happy to come out and do an appraisal for you, and present it to you in writing. Just be honest and let them know you want an accurate evaluation, nothing flowery or ambitious. Most banks will send out an independant valuer anyway before approving finance.

I think he means he wants the property valued at a certain price and is willing to compensate for a higher or lower price given that may not actually be the correct value mate.

Valuers in the current market will not do you ANY favours - if they do, the banks will probably reject it anyway and/or ask for a check valuation.
Just so you know, valuers are all doom and gloom at the moment. Good luck.

depending on who you finance with, they will pick their own valuer's anyhow. (and most likley disregard a previous valuation).

yeah we had one done... but its just under. They have given me room to provide another and they will accept it etc. all good fun at the moment
