ef so many tattoo studios around i was meant to be getting my sleeve done in mandurah at westcoast tattoo for a 3 quarter sleeve for just under 2k with 2 sessions for 8 hours each but money fell through but looking at getting it done in the next 3 months has anyone heard of anything cheaper or is this a pretty dam good price?

Most places charge by the hour, mine was $180 an hour but the workmanship was awesome! I would compare prices with previous work they have done. All my other mates have paid around the 150-200 an hour if that gives you any indication. I have seen some work around 80 an hour.... didn't look very neat at all.

yea would definetly pay more for better quility as this shit is permanent, but my mate got his sleeve done at westcost and it looked amazing and the tattoo artist is the only person with that book From (boog) which is the style of tattoos i love

WA ink, if someone hasn't recommended that, did my rib peice and done 3 for my mate, all perfect

also: unique are good, but overrated and too expensive
holdfast or WA ink for me

Yea unique are good as i have had my last 2 tatts done there but yes a bit over priced maybe because rent in subi is crazy high

continuing on with this thread, i will getting my half a sleeve completed in melbourne in march as its alot cheaper there and need opinions on where to go in melbourne for a decent tattooist that can do some filling in with clouding and maybe a city background?
