probably the best artist ive ever seen is plug who owns and runs celtic circle tattoo in kalamunda, he is also head of the WA tattoo association. only problem is he is normaly booked out 8 months in advance

Both my sons have had all there tatoos ie 2 full sleeves, 1 chest, done by Josh at Foothills Tattoo out in Byford.. have seen Josh's work and i'm impressed..

WA Ink guy named Choc (If he is still there) did a really good job on mine.

can anyone recommend for melbourne though, these are all perth places?

how do you know if it's cheaper in melbourne if you dont know of any places there.. ?

Cousin Lives there and he got his done in Fitzroy, but just wanted to see if there was any places anyone could recommend apart from the place he went too.
