Hmmmm driving experiences...I did one in the UK that was okay I guess but they do not represent good value for money in terms of seat time.

This is what leaps out at me from this one:

$375

6 laps in a ute

$375

6 laps in an Evo or Sti

$375

The event last for 2 hours including briefings and waiting in line for your turn

$375

6 laps is likey to be a 5 minute session. You are barely going to get used to how the car steers in that time.

$375

More often than not on these days the amount of leash you are given is down to the instructors comfort level...so quite often that means its all 2nd and 3rd gear with a limit of 4500RPM. At some companies the cars have a rev limiter installed.

$375....is an awfull lot of money to drive someone elses cars for 10 minutes. That sort of money would get you a few sessions at AHG in your own car and you will really learn some usefull skills.

I guess if you have the money to spare it would be a chuckle but dont expect to be given free reign of the cars or the track. These things tend to be more aimed at the people that have NEVER been involved or intersted in motorsport and it was given to them as a gift....they all think its brilliant!
