I want the USA style of anti car theft device shown in that video..... especially where they shoot the wounded truck thief near the end. I figure if you try to kill others then you open yourself to being killed fair and square.

Hah! I'm sure that's the exact arguement used by the "insurgents" as they fight in whatever way they can to stop their country being invaded by a foreign force. Same as you (hopefully) and I would if someone tried to take over Australia.
