Is there an easy way of getting my photos off my Ipod Touch. i can't see them in Itunes, I can only see Videos and Music. Also nothing appears under My Computer. Running the scanner and camera wizard just produces an error saying nothing detected. I know there's some 3rd party tools out there, but can't find anything free!

I denfinetely can't help you. Those things baffle me, just don't understand why they are so hard to use. All portable devices should be click and drag then enjoy. I pods frustrate me.

Is it jailbroken?

If so, just ssh in and copy the pictures across.

No it's not. What are the advatages of jail breaking it? Does this mean I can't get updates?

you can still get updates, but you will just have to re-jailbreak the phone when an update happens.

If it's the same as the iphone. Plug it into a windows pc and you'll see it in explorer. Or use microsoft photo and scanner wizard (i think thats what it's called) to take them off.

there are a few iphone threads on here, do a search and youll find all the answers you need.

jailbreaking an iPod touch is the exact same as jailbreaking an iPhone, they runt he same firmware.
