This story is all too familiar, I found a purse with a PDA, car keys and a purse with 200 bucks in it last week in Subi. I contacted the girl on Facebook and she came within 3 hrs to collect it and was very thankful that it was returned. It doesn't make sense that a 17yr old girl would be so laid back about getting such a large amount of money back. Surely she can't be that rich.
