I very much doubt it'll get off the ground. Noise and smoke complaints from residents will kill it.

I can't see this being a problem as it's next to a military runway, however if people play boy racer to and from the property it may become an issue.
Also cost of cement may not be a problem if they can get get one of the local cement delivery firms behind them as there's often cement left over from a pour which they normally just dump anyway.

Well I can!! That's one of the main concerns I reckon, it'll probably never be allowed to be used because the smoke will interfer with the raaf air traffic.
