Pretty sure you should be dealing directly with your Settlement Agent after purchase contract has been signed. They're the ones that will pay you in the end.

^ was real estate agents fault not organised spoke to settlement agent he couldnt believe what was going on.

my lawyer has spoken to the real estate agent and the contract has ended,
An uncle heard all the bulls**t and has decided to buy the block of me, which means no middle man, ( love family ) with a nice deposit coming next week.
