format and start again.

dont waste your time with free virus scanners like avg or avast, they really dont do anything. either invest ($80-90) in Kaspersky anti-virus or bitdefender.

if your really carefull you dont even need a virus scanner.

Wow what a response THANKS PEOPLE!!

So maybe i will give Superspyware and anitmalware a try without reformatting. if that will do? bought the laptop long time ago,as not sure where the original cd is now, and it doesn't have cd/dvd writer

im downloading the superantispyware now ,and im not using safe mode.. as im not sure what that is and i just scared it will erase my memory from harddisk/any data..

And im 100% its a virus (to people who think i dont have any)
as sometimes when i open youtube or video from other site, the internet explorer will just ask to be close down saying its an error or it just automatically close my whole explorer that i open.

so i will try superspyware/anitmalware without reformat first, what u reckon peeps?

By the looks of it it's GONE!

What i did was, first i install superantispyware haven't try antimalware as i just give the super a shot first, didnt run laptop in safe mode as i couldn't find it..
Then scan and erase all, comp seems to be working back to normal! but im not sure if it 100% recovery..

Now im downloading AVG ( Thanks to to u guys, as i just know there's a free one)

So next should i also download A Software that will prevent spyware and etc??
or Avg and the virus/spyware scanner should be enough?

cheers guys

awesome. download malware bytes anti-malware (free) run a full scan to make sure its all gone, very good free program. AVG free should be ok to run, just take note of what you download and execute on your computer (sites you visit, downloads, email attatchments, pop-ups etc.

But i have already download superantispyware which i assume works the same as anti-malware??
i just run full AVG scan and all clear just bits of cookies that's all nothin major..
So should i download anti-malware and delete superantispyware or it's already good?

Why delete superantispyware when it works? Keep them all. I run AVG 8.5 plus Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, SuperAntiSpyware and Spybot - Seacrch and Destroy. Not quite tin foil hat spec but pretty safe

if you are sure that it is all gone. remove all your anti-virus/malware/spyware products. install malwarebytes and avg and then just leave it. do a scan maybe once a week with malwarebytes and avg. try to keep things simple.
