Try and totally exhaust her before bed time & check the net for the problems & cure to your problem, plenty of puppy stuff on there.

Try using a pota cot near your room/bed she will soon understand that cot=bed/timeout.
Slowly you can move her away (every few nights) from your first location to where you plan on having her sleep eventually. I have used a traditional analogue clock with a secong hand (small alarm clock) with one of my worn OLD t-shirts so she can smell you. Porta-cots can be bought secondhand at salvos or 2nd hand baby stores. I have used this method with many dogs... not just my two. Good-luck.
