I took the gf's Blackberry to get repaired as it kept going to the "white screen of death" and basically didnt want to start.

She dropped it off to "CTF mobile phone repairs" in Balga (Fieldgate Shopping Centre). 1 Week later - she picked up the phone, it was working - but still acting very dodgy... Anyway 3 days after this it went back to "WSOD".
I took the phone and flashed the memory at home (reading on blackberry forum how-to's)... it worked fine after this for about 1 week. So clearly its a software/mainboard problem.

It then went back to the WSOD, and the I took it back to CTF - requesting that they fix the problem - since the phone is clearly not working again with the same problem. I told them its a software, possible mainboard issue. They said it could be a LCD screen - I said no it not.

This week i get a call back from them - wanting to charge me for the LCD, and still a not 100% working blackberry. I told the guy politely to go fk-himself and that I shouldn't have to pay anything since he took my money ($250) the first time for the supposed repair job.
He won't budge on a refund on my money.

So my question is... where do I stand? Can i get my money back?
They do have a no-refund policy on their door, but I feel like im being ripped here.
Do I call consumer affairs?
