Default I need a new car

Hey guys I need a bit of help her my missis needs a new car she won'ts a cruze but I will not be seen dead in one. She won'ts a auto luxury car and I have found a Nissan skylin 2003 with all the fruit on it and she likes it too. So are they a good car? And if any would like to suggest other cars go ahead...
Thanks

if it's a 2 door then yes...

manual would be better as well as they use the same box as the 350Z... HOWEVER... if she gets the auto it's like an 8 speed or something and when they screw up all hell goes loose it's hard to find someone that will rebuild it with the knowledge that requires to bring it back to tip top shape... or then you would have to find another box and that could be real easy or really hard...

don't take the risk and buy something else (unless it's manual with brembo's)

IS200's are good... and the C series Mercs are going for good prices too ('03-'05) models

as well as E46 BMW's you could even pick up an E46 320Ci for like mid-20's but then you're looking at 100,000km's +/- i'm not sure if that's an issue for her

keep in mind when you're considering luxury (dependent on what you buy of course) maintanence can go through the roof!

all the best to your sister and what she decides, keep us informed hey!

EDIT: the cars i've listed are going for around the same price as an '03 V35 Coupe... Sedan is cheaper of course

go the skyline, but yea i would avoid the 8 speed cvt, would cost a bundle to repair. i was looking at one but decided to stick with subaru..
you can get into a decent auto tiptronic 350gt skyline 2002 on for abt 16k ish, even less if you want either the smaller engined 300 and 250gt models

A cruze would be much cheaper and possibly reliable, who cares if you wont be seen dead in one? It seems that its all about the journey and not the destination. Get from A to B. A runabout would be great!
