I dont want to get involved in your little conflict, but here are a few doozies i've pranked with my mates in the past:

1) Put an ad in the quokka using his number for a cheap playstation 3 - he'll get loads of calls from nerds and teenagers, starting at about 4am on a thursday morning
2) Use the number for a personals add, preferably a gay one
3) Ring a few churches, (mormons or Jehovas are best) saying you're new to the area and would like to meet some parishoners, then leave the number so somebody can get back to you
4) Use google translator to print a super cheap accomodation add in a different language like mandarin or cantonese - then post it on uni and backpacker hostel noticeboards. Theres nothing like taking phonecalls from people who cant speak english!
