While I don't agree with the fact that drug dealers provide an invaluable service, and this is more a query, as I'm not sure myself, but... Wouldn't illegal substance abuse give police forces the ability to recruit more officers, customs, more jobs, etc. While I don't support abuse at all, it's kind of a vicious cycle that needs such scum around. Same way if people didn't commit crimes, no need for cops, get rid of them, shit hit's the fan, etc. Just a theory, curious to a response.
