I wouldn't have thought expired protein would be too good if it is a milk based protein, which is most likely the case.
Then again I don't know how they make the shit and what preservatives they put in it, but I wouldn't be keen. |

Don't bin the protein it will be fine.
If your putting on a gut but not muscle then you are doing something wrong. Then again if you're getting a gut you probably wouldnt be able to tell if you're putting on muscle.. Write down what you do both training wise and nutritionally and post it up and get a hundred opinions or pm if you like.
