Default Communications Companies

Does anybody know of a good Communications company that is capable of putting a microwave link on one of my towers to a Seesaw pole 2.4KM away. Preferably Motorola or RAD Airmux equipment.

I have tried GCS and Communications Australia.

Anyone know of any others who they have had good dealings with?

Also does anybody know of a company that is capable of putting in a camera system around a town (not in one centralised building)?

Cheers

Air Communications would look after you for the radio link...

For a camera system you could go to someone like Applicon to engineer and install it, depends on size but they'd be comfortable for a job upto 100 cameras and are capable of installing fibre backbone infrastructure if you want ducks nuts!

Find out for us if you don't mind mate.

I need a microwave link installed on our tower and the ingal eps pole, then fibre ran about 150m from one building to another. The pits are already in place.

Dan, our work can do the design and consultancy, but they engage groups like 'Westcom' to do the install work.

Dan we've used Air Communications too, call Angus and let him know Matt from RCR sendt you, we've spent enough to buy a house through them.

They push the Proxim stuff because they are a reseller but will install anything.

As for cameras, I know Franz works for a company that does that sort of gaff.

What you've described is what the company I work for does. We do alot of Microwave for Australian Customs aswell as CCTV for Main Roads, BHP, Rio Tinto, Perth Airport, Customs etc.

Give Graeme a call on 9262 7600 and say I sent you!
