halls can be a good idea to look at. Theres a hall in jandakot that is usually reasonably priced and is also relatively big. There are also warehouses in oconner that get rented out for parties. Usually bout 100-200 bucks a night. Just gotta go there and look for empty warehouses with for lease signs on em.
I also do party gear ie djs, lights, entertainment (bouncy castles mechanical bulls, gladiator duels) and u can get them in packages. So some options for ya.

yeah just need to look around. Cant remember which warehouse i went to for a party as i was fairly wasted but i think its near the go karting place

I recommend the warehouse idea.... Goes off and there is nothing to trash.
PLUS - lots of noise doesnt usually cop complaints in an industrial-ish area...
