hmmmm that gives me an idea are there actually any food to go shops that sell only gluten free meals???? Would it be a strong enough market??
Tony's a chef (not sure if he'd be into that sort of thing though.....?)

Dominoes do stock the gf pizza bases now although you only have a choice between tomato sauce or alfredo. There is a link to the gluten free menu on their website. It's hard not being able to have some of the foods that I love but I guess you just adapt.

On a side not my gf lasagna came out a bit dry. I used to use the fresh sheets but they can't make them in gf so I had to use gf dry sheets. A workmate has told me you need to have a lot more liquid in the red sauce for gf pasta then you would for normal pasta to keep it moist.
