+ mcfucken 1 bazillion !!!!!

so far ive knocked walls down and built new ones for a theatre room + carpet + replaced windows etc, gutted and replaced entire kitchen with bomber stone benchtopped + blum everything one, repainted entire house top to bottom and ceiling, removed fucking 100's of metres of dado rail and patched the holes etc, ripped up all floors and replaced with solid timber, had the backyard bobcatted and then built a huge outdoor patio with raised decked area, all new lawn retic etc etc .. pretty much all by myself and it looks great but the mofo stress on the relationship with my mrs was ridiculous !!

they always want shit done and dusted by yesterday!!!!!

we had looked at moving but the stamp duty was gonna be around $35k so thought fuck it we'll spend that on the house instead.. probably spent that + $10k so far and added maybe $100k in value to the house....

but really i shoulda just bought the other house we were gonna trade up for and just toughen up when it came to ripping up $35k in stamp duty for fuck all

Yeah the wife isn't much of a nagger when it comes to having things done yesterday so that really isn't the problem. We have done plenty of reno stuff in the past in past houses and it didn't seem to have to much of an imprint on the relationship.
