I am just dumb founded at the recent PM's I have been recieving from one of Pdiddy's newest (but yet to introduce herself) members, mybad.

bout 3 days ago I get a PM asking why I refered to 1BADPOM and as nob in a post that she dug up from 19 months ago. http://www.perth-wrx.com/vb/showthre...pom#post285968 Now first I ask you .... who here would really give a fuk if I (or anyone else) called them a nob?

But anyway I tell "mybad" why I think mr pom is a nob. More than happy to as I stand by my opinion of nobbness. "mybad" then asks.... who I am and what car i drive.... as if Im gonna answer that u nob (woops careful how u throw around the "N" word) anyhoo I'm feeling like a smart ass, as I sometimes do, and decide to play the silly game and reply. Back and forth with a couple of other messages about my opinions on Poms driving skills and her devistation at my having called him a nob.

Now this is where I really begin to laugh and wonder if this is some kind of piss pull coz no one can seriously get this worked up about their root being called a nob 19 months ago...... she claims that my posting up that I think 1BADPOM is a NOB is slander, Yes, Slander.

I have invited her to take me to court on this allegation of slander and look forward to the look on the judge's face.

The person you have supposedly defamed will be required to prove how your comment has affected their reputation and subsequent income.

If you're super worried about it.. you can dig up that old thread, quote your original post and take your comments back by saying how you incorrectly stated they were a nob with no evidence, and you apologise.

This is because the Defamation Act allows for people to take back comments and provide an apology in the same medium that the defamation was performed... so in this case, they won't really have a leg to stand on.

Lol I am not worried at all. Just amused.
