Yeah remote desktoping.

iTap RDP seems to be pretty good so far. Sitting at work, remotely connected to home, getting things ready to download ready for watching later tonight.

For the anti-fanboys, yes I can do that on any laptop/pc already. Yes it is just a gimmic. Yes it works with out a keyboard and mouse attached (very well actually). No I wouldn't maintain a server doing this.

iTap RDP is pretty good. I actually end up paying for the full version. They deserve to be paid for this. You mentioned about the lack of a proper Facebook app.....I was thinking the same thing before. But then I relised that I don't need a Facebook app...i can browse the whole Facebook site using safari. The app was needed for iPhone coz it can't fit the whole properly on the small screen.
