Rather than go to every Asian shop I was hoping there might be someone of Vietnamese decent on here who might know where I can purchase the phone cards that allow you to call Vietnam from a landline at the cheap rates.
I am aware of the providers on the internet but I need one a bit sooner.

dont worry about the vietnamese phone cards,

go to an ALLPHONES and ask for a lebara sim card ( a new carrier with extremely cheap iternational and local calling costs)

and it lasts up to 3 months

put this sim into any unlocked phone and away you go.
