i can just see this being full of false reports and people trying to be heroes and reporting every trail of smoke they see

So if your dobbed in 3 times, you're basically up for a bill of a new car or a new engine is what they're saying.

In a way this would be good as it least it will filter *some* of the shitboxes off WA roads.

hmmm don't think average joe will be able to distinguish between smoke and a bit of steam on startup....but to be honest ive been stuck behind some cars in traffic and literally felt woozy from whats coming out of the car infronts exhaust

won't take long till this will be the way to get rid of the cars in your neighborhood that you don't like,the noisy ones and those hoons their always telling us to be scared of. three fabricated reports and they basically got a yellow sticker.
