Default need to kill some trees

I've got some big mofo Brazilian pepper trees that I want to kill as they are costing me $$$ to get pruned all the time. One is in the backyard so treeloppers charge a friggin fortune to have it cut down because they have to carry the branches out by hand.
http://www.weeds.org.au/cgi-bin/weed...a=all&card=T41

from wiki
Brazilian Pepper is hard to control because it produces basal shoots if the trunk is cut. Trees also produce abundant seeds that are dispersed by birds and ants. It is this same hardiness that makes the tree highly useful for reforestation in its native environment but which enables it to become invasive outside of its natural range.

any ideas

i've killed something similar by drilling large holes into its roots with a hand drill and pouring old battery acid into it....then chopped it and dug out the stump

I've also done the holes + roundup trick. It works.

I have a mate who killed off an annoying neighbours tree by digging a hole and drilling into a main root (his side of the property). Also worked.

It does take some time to die though.

Copper nail apparently also works - could be a while till they die off though...

Yep, as above drill a few half inch holes as vertical as possible and fill with undilluted roundup
