Isn't there a law regarding equal force?
As in, if I punch you, you can defend your self/retaliate by punching me back but with equal force....
Or have I made that up? (It's possible I watched too much Walker Texas Ranger in my youth)

Since you were no doubt incapacitated by the stabbing and were unable to defend yourself, I believe that you should now be allowed to stab him 6 times.

Not incapacitated but i was leaking fairly there are so many more people he has done shit to, some of the guys were not even sure it had happened at all.....

good question, i think the law needs some really good reviews with regards to violence and sex crimes..
