Just seen in the paper the kok foo lim serial sex offender is appealing his sentence on 20yrs. saying its too much.

This guy should never be allowed back on the streets, there are over 100 people in his own admition, many police could not contact he had take their details after drugging them and sexually assaulting them and filming himself do this.

Many of them would not have come forward because of the nature of the offences and if they did they most probably couldnt remember much about him.

Many of these people are form around Australia and many are from other countries.

I have started a facebook group to try find other people he offended against.

He has been described as one of Australia's worst serial sex offenders.

I was stabbed 6 times by this guy and i feel strongly that he has to be kept behind bars as he will do it again.

I was lucky i just got stabbed after he posed as a taxi driver.

He was sentenced to 20 yers without parole, the crimes he committed are of the sickest nature.

He was convicted of 15 counts of sexual penetration without consent.

11 accounts of indecent assault.

and 1 account of unlawful wounding.

he targeted drunken guys and tried to lure them to his home then got them wasted and did sick things to them when they were out of it.

WE NEED TO KEEP THIS SICKO BEHIND BARS,

THERE WERE 80+ NAMES AND DETAILS OF GUYS HE HAD DONE BAD THINGS TO.

PLEASE JOIN THIS GROUP AND FORWARD IT AROUND THE WORLD TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE WHO WERE TRAVELLING AUSTRALIA WHO HAVE BEEN ASSAULTED OR RAPED BY THIS GUY.

THESE GUYS ARE STILL OUT THERE AND PROBABLY NEVER REPORTED IT AS HE WOULD DROP THEM OFF AND THEY WERE STILL OUT OF IT.

This is not the usual thing i do, but this is why.

After he stabbed me police let him out on a sting operation, within a day he was back out offending.

When police caught him he was with a 17yr old boy, he had been given whisky and coke till he passed out. when police arived the boy thought he had just been asleep.

That was untill the police asked why his shirt was inside out... he had been sexually asaulted.

good on you for starting the petition Dave. I'm a Social Worker and we were taught that only a very low percentage of serial sex offenders can be rehabilitated, the percentage is even lower for pedophiles.

3 yrs later an i still have my off days, amazing what can happen to you and how it could change you as a person forever.

I got off lightly, i feel for the other people, but i feel for their familys and friends who ultimatley get effected too.

That 17yr old guy should be sueing the WA Police force for millions
as they willing let that guy go so he could offend again so they could
catch him out AGAIN when they already had enough evidence but
they ended up ruining this young guys life by waiting til he was assalted.

Outrageous form by the WA Police force, heads should roll!!!

Totally agree mate... how many lives ruined? i honestly believe if as many people join that facebook page an invite others that more people will come forward..

It makes me sick that he can now appeal and chew up money that could be used in so many better ways than this....

Tell them he did a burnout whilst stabbing/drugging you.

Seems that is the only way to get a big punishment from the courts these days.
