Is it even possible to hoon in a camry or a magna? I suppose if you have a big enough road to gather up speed anything is possible

Random Q (which I can't post on Antilag because I don't have permission), how did the cops actually make the connection between Antilag & the friday night shenanigans?

If there was no event listed on the site & Bunnings employee's called them to report 'burnouts'....who name dropped Antilag? Could have been one of the other clubs that knew it would look bad so named another club to keep the heat off them?

I know if there was a bunch of us pulled over & the po-po came along I wouldn't just blurt out we are a car club, they would straight away start rubbing their hands with the praise to follow from seniors in the 'hoon' taskforce for 'laying down the law'.

I may have completely missed the answer already so be nice.

LOL Yes! I got told off when I was 17 for doing a handbreak turn in my mums Camery company car :-( Somebody dobbed me in and they called mums work and spoke to her boss.. They made me go to the local police station and personally apologise to the senior sergent... I blamed Carlos Sainz for making it look cool... learnt a valuable lesson.... NEVER attempt a handbreak turn in a car that handles like a river boat :-/

Cops did a big sting on PSB about 18 months ago, on a heap of the "Curry runners" (Group who did super fast rides through the bush) a few newer less experienced blokes started joining and some of them were killed so cops went on a mission.

Got done way down south on one of their rides. They stuck a rear facing multinova on one of the roads they frequented and clocked most of them past $2.00 and all but 2 (My old man was one of them) had licences and bikes taken away for a long time.

Now these rides are no longer.
