To be honest. i think it is just to make all the 'hoons' become worried.
I don't think they are actually doing anything different from what they have been doing.

It must be about time the media was taken for slander against some of these legitimate sporting groups.

Misrepresentation on these news articles seems the norm these days just for the sake of filling a couple of mins on the TV. Bad form.

I agree in most instances the media should be taken to task on misrepresenting the public and their 'slant' on the facts or lack thereof.

The issue however, is if you want to persue your cause and right to object, requires legal input, patience and money. Sure you can sue for remuneration, but that's only 50/50 and you need to outlay first to state your case.

So in most cases, its all too hard. The reality is, we are a disposable society, this is old news in a days time and gold fish syndrome hits the master reset.

lol, I just copped a 3 month ban. I just pointed out that half the comments in their 15 page thread were probably more defamatory, immature and unprofessional that the TV segment anyway. example - the ones referring to how much of a slut Rick Ardon's daughter is...ffs!
