I've driven the SP25 and I'd buy one, it would make an excellent daily to complement your STi. If you're worried about fuel go the 2 litre neo or maxx instead, they're actually not slower, just less midrange torque.

It's not actually the base model NEO It is the MAXX model
from what I was reading on the forum, also it does have fog
lights in that pic they are just a differ shape to the MPS ones.
