Retaining wall & fence

Is there anyone on here, or, anyone here know of someone that can build a small retaining wall (about 60cm in height)...... I want to use the large limestone blocks.
Also chasing someone that would be able to take down my current fence, and re-erect it ontop of the completed retaining wall. (fence is a colorbond fence)
