Crush her car... suspend her license.. then fine her $ 150.00 per 10kmph over the limit and $ 1000.00 for DUI.

Make sure she's in the car when it's crushed.

the sad thing is that she will get away with it, and probably do it again, and murder someone else as well as her unborn child.

If she is depressed or whatever and that lead her to do this, then she should be put into a mental health institution or rehab centre, not just fined 86 bucks ffs.
