Do what pit bull owners have to do by law, Put up 6 signs around the property, 1 on each side of the house like side fences/gates / one at the entry then on the inside of the neighbors property's. Thieves can't do shit then as your ass is covered since the dogs are inside a cordoned (sp?) off property and they are only protecting you and your valuables listed in most local property laws. Also Dick smith have a good range of infrared CCTV at cheap costs these days.
