Hauritz just made a tonn in Sheffield Shield, I recon he might be due for a call up, Siddle will miss out.

He won't get called up...he won't get recalledc tot he Test side while Ponting is still Captain. He made a ton and took a 5fa at the WACA a few days before the 3rd test, and still couldn't get in the side, instead they went with the unknown Beer. He and Ponting never saw eye to eye, and the Selectors would never do anything to upset their captain.

I would love to see Hauritz in the side at the MCG after making back to back ton's and as I also see him as one of our best spin bowlers at the moment who is in good form, but they will go with a no-one like Beer.

The Aussie selectors have no clue at the moment, carrying players with poor form, and bringing in players who haven't done anything in months. They should select players that are currently in-form...this is the Ashes FFS, its do or die.
