hey man i use to do fix these types of errors all the time. Firstly do the simplest thing and get ur comp to view hidden folders.

then try in control panel "Disk management" make sure all HDD's are showing up in their, if they are this means they are there running and the OS can see them but you have something set on the other HDD's (the ones not running the OS) not to show.

With ur first errors a BOOTMGR is simply a file that is executed on start up to fetch drivers and the NTLDR from memory is the file that fetches the system kernel NTkernel i believe it s called which is basically the spine of the system, all these folders can be restored with a OS disk as said above.

Another thing is if by any chance you have any other OS's installed on the other drives sometimes ive found from when i was a computer technicians windows OS's SOMETIMES dont like showing folders of another OS on another drive e.g. windows 7 running on ur primary drive XP installed on another drive, usually 7 or any windows OS wont show up the other files from another OS once one OS is booted thus sometimes hiding the other drive an alternative OS is installed on.. if that makes sense

but in disk management mate you should be able to see all you need to get it back up.. If its visible in the BIOS chances are it is still alive somewhat but disk management will let you know.

good luck mate

Are the disks sata?

if so, recheck the cables are plugged in at both the motherboard & the drive properly, then check the drive power cables the same way.

I have had cables from my modular power supply pull half out and cause funny things like invisible hdd's (that were still spinning up).
