I recently had 89 Enterprises install a B&D door. Took 3 calls to their office for them to finally send someone out to do a measure and quote, ie "Sorry, we don't have any listing for you"....x 3!!!!!

Reluctantly used them due to being the only authorised B&D installer. Did a good job but definately not happy with the BS i went thru initially.

Yeah my door is all working just twice now service light came on and had to power it down and up again then works fine. Could be a simple adjustment needed to stop it doing that. However b&d want $160 plus gst just to come to site. That gives me 30 mins. Then $40 per 15 mins after that. Probably to see all I have to do is adjust the limits or somthing lol hense my reluctance to call someone out.

Search EVL WRX posts regarding roller doors. Although his brother in law is out of the game he recently came to my place and serviced my door after it came down on the missus Xtrail.
He works on the mines now but does some small jobs on his week back.
