The metal 'things' are commonly used to latch down rear hatches in circuit cars. Lots of them in Barbagelo racetrack, but used for the proper purpose.

Just a wank factor for the show car in this case.

Thanks for that Mao, I am surprised he doesn't have pins on the bonnet for just that little bit of extra WANK factor, not that the car needs it at all :P

Looks like the body came from a sti gc8 coupe type-r v limited from japan too, I don't mind the bonnet but same C West kit I had on my 99 eww. Think I'd be letting him licence it unless it was originally an STI 2 door.

That's the old [NGH] Wrx? Was a 4 door afaik but shaved door handles etc. Been through a few hands like a dirty whore! Lol
